BOCS offers 7 days replacement policy from the date of delivery. The sold products cannot be returned.
In case of a product broken or damaged an immediate exchange will be done, if the product’s unboxing(Package opening) videos is shared or will refund for the broken products alone(*incase if we are unable to dispatch the replacement of the broken product within 7 working days) not applicable on pandemic situation. The replacement time will take up to another 3-5 working days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Since we are selling many Handmade Items like Home Decor, Festival Decoration items, weight and look might be different from each Product it won’t be considered as a damage. We are also dealing with many imported products from different manufactures, Product size or color may slightly vary from one set of imported products to other set. In case if the customer wants to exchange a product which they have ordered by mistake the customer will have to bear the two-way courier charges.
Since all the images are taken in different lighting, The original products look may slightly differ from the image.
After the Customer Approves on the Returns, the Product will be initiated for Return and after Receiving the Product and also verifying the product received. The Refund Procedure will be initiated with the tallied Reverse shipping charges.
Customers may notify us of any damage or defect In case of defective product supply/exchange which is ordered by mistake within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
We will refund or replace the product in the following conditions
Wrong Product shipped by us.
The product received is defective.
In case of a Wrong Product or a defective product is received you will have to report us by email at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Please make sure that you provide us with package opening videos and pictures as and when requested.
No refund or replacement shall be done without package opening videos and pictures.
